.DISCUSSION...
Another warm, dry day is on tap for today, with minimum RH values locally
25-35% this afternoon. However, winds look light once again, generally
10-15 mph or less.

Rain is expected to slowly overspread the Commonwealth from west to east on
Tuesday. Although the rain will be beneficial, a soaking rainfall is not
expected, with only limited impact on longer-term rainfall deficits.

Drier weather returns for Wednesday and Thursday. Minimum afternoon RH
values could return to the 25-35% range, and perhaps even a bit
lower by Thursday.
