Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
1157 AM EDT Sat Sep 6 2025

A weak wave of low pressure over Central Pennsylvania will
accompany the passage of a cold front through the region today.
This will spark a broken line of thunderstorms across the middle
and lower Susquehanna Valley this afternoon.

The chance of rain will decrease across western half of
Pennsylvania for the afternoon as the front pushes eastward.

High temperatures today will range from the low to mid 60s
across the higher terrain of northern and western Pennsylvania,
to the mid to upper 80s in the far southeast.

Cooler and drier air will push into the state for Sunday and
extend through early in the upcoming week, with a touch of frost
possible in the colder valleys across northern Pennsylvania early
Monday and Tuesday morning.
