.DISCUSSION...

The storms are pushing off to the Northeast at this time with no other
storms or showers expected for the rest of the night for the Moonshine
area. Westerly winds are going to be the prominent direction during the
day tomorrow. Around midnight the winds are expected to kick more to
the Northwest. The wind gusts are expected to stay between 25 to 30 MPH
until around midnight. Due to the location of the Moonshine fire the
Northern Laramie Range may over perform due to the funneling effect by
the mountains but should be with 10 mph of forecast. RH values may also
drop lower than forecast at around 10 percent instead of 13 if the
downsloping winds do pick up. Nocturnal inversions may be delayed as
the transport winds should remain slightly stronger as the Low moves
eastward into the Dakotas.
