This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

- Elevated winds are ongoing in the wind prone areas this
  morning. High winds may return to these areas Thursday through
  early Friday. High Wind Watches have been issued.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

- An arctic cold front will arrive Friday and bring a chance for
  widespread light to moderate snow, followed by frigid
  temperatures through the weekend.

- A reinforcing shot of bitterly cold air and light snowfall is
  possible Sunday into Monday.
