...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT MORTON AND WESTERN STEVENS
COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...

At 928 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Wilburton. This thunderstorm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Blowing dust leading to
         localized reduced visibilities and lightning induced
         grassland fires.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Morton and western
Stevens Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Blowing dust may reduce visibilities locally.
