.DISCUSSION...

Overcast skies are expected through the day today with snow
beginning to fall late morning to midday. There could be a little rain
that mixes in initially but a period of mixed precipitation is
expected to be short. Snow should get heavier through the
afternoon and evening continuing into Wednesday. By the end of the
day Wednesday 4 to 8 inches of accumulation is expected.
Northeast winds this morning with gusts up to 25 mph are expected,
which should then turn and become north overnight then northwest
into Wednesday. Those strong gusts will continue through the day
Wednesday with some gusts up to 30 mph possible. Relative humidity
is not expected to fall below 60%.
