This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Scattered thunderstorms are expected later today into tonight. A
few strong to severe storms will be possible, mainly across the
southern half of Iowa, with isolated damaging wind gusts being the
primary threat along with locally heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A slight chance of thunderstorms is forecast across southern Iowa
on Sunday. Severe weather is unlikely. More widespread
thunderstorm chances then return from Monday night into Wednesday.
Any severe weather threats during that time will be determined in
the coming days.
