CENTRAL KOSSUTH AND NORTHEASTERN PALO ALTO COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM
CDT...

At 1140 AM CDT, emergency management reported a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Swan Lake, or 15 miles northeast of Emmetsburg,
moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported wind gusts of 50 mph near
         Ringsted, Iowa.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ringsted, Fenton, and Lone Rock.
