  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:42 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling to 14.7 feet Thursday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
