.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
are forecast to continue over the coastal waters through early
Thursday. Gale-force gusts and steep, short-period seas will
persist across outer waters and near the capes, while propagating
short period seas will bring the steep waves into the inner
waters. Winds are expected to start diminishing on Thursday with
lighter winds expected Friday and into the weekend.
