.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds will continue to diminish tonight
across the waters along with the steep seas. By sunrise Friday,
winds will be gentle in all waters with short period seas falling
below 6 feet. Calmer conditions are expected through the weekend.
Sunday and into next week northerly winds will very slowly return.
A 12 seconds northwest swell of 5 to 7 feet is expected to
gradually diminish over the next several days.
