.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Surface pressure
gradients between the eastern Pacific high and interior thermal
low will maintain moderate to strong northerlies across the
coastal waters. A mid period NW swell will keep seas elevated
today and will decay over the coming days. Gale force gusts are
likely in the lee of Cape Mendocino today through early Thursday
and are likely in the northern outer waters Wednesday into early
Thursday. Winds slightly ease and move slightly farther offshore
Thursday and Friday.
