.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerlies remain
strong with near gale force gusts but are slowly pulling further
offshore through this morning. Seas are falling as winds diminish
with steep seas now pull only into the outer waters. Much calmer
winds will build by Thursday morning with gentle southerly winds
possible near the coast late tonight. Friday, northerly winds are
expected to return and gradually strengthen into the weekend.
