.DISCUSSION...Low clouds this morning will gradually mix out leaving
partly cloudy skies this afternoon as mid and high level cloud
cover gradually increases ahead of a frontal system. Rain is likely
starting late tonight or early Wednesday morning for several hours.
However, totally rainfall over a tenth of an inch is highly uncertain.
Thus, chances of wetting rainfall are only around 20%. Northwesterly
winds will increase through the day on Wednesday becoming gusty
in the late morning and afternoon.
