.DISCUSSION...Expect calm nights with increasing chances for a marine layer
surge up the valley. Afternoons will see potentially favorable burning conditions,
especially due to the S facing aspect heating up and drying the fuels by midday.
Winds will continue to be upvalley with afternoon gusts up to 20mph to be expected.
A very small chance of afternoon storms is possible in the Klamath River basin. If
storms due form and die up valley, winds have a chance to funnel down the burn site
with erratic gusts up to 30mph. This is a very unlikely, but not impossible, chance.
