.DISCUSSION...Unseasonably hot and dry conditions will peak this
weekend. High temperatures are forecast 80 to 85 with RH near
30 percent Saturday. The warmer and drier values in the range are
for the valley locations. Mid and upper elevation RH recovery
will become increasingly poor with strengthening thermal belts.
Winds will be weak and terrain driven. The heat will aid in high
mixing heights, though transport wind directions shifting
throughout the day may weaken smoke transport.
