...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
2 AM PDT SUNDAY...

* WIND...Northwest winds gusts of 20 to 30 mph, locally up to 40
  for the higher ridges.

* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity 20 to 30 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are already burning will
  likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WHERE...All of Lake County, California. Including, but not
  limited to; Lakeport, Clearlake, Kelseyville, Upper Lake, Cobb,
  Middletown, and Lower Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
