DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression
Nineteen-E was located near latitude 15.2 North, longitude 123.3
West. The depression is moving toward the east near 16 mph (26 km/h)
and this motion is expected to continue for another day or so.

Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
The depression should become a remnant low later today before
dissipating by tomorrow.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
