This dust was tracking to the north and west across the lower valley, towards central El Paso. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 25 and 39. Locations impacted include...
