.DISCUSSION...
The chance for showers and thunderstorms is low today with
coverage expected to be spotty across the Gila. Thus, rainfall
amounts would be very light, less than 0.25", should any rainfall
occur. For Tuesday, the risk for showers and thunderstorms
increases as does the risk for flooding. Expected rainfall totals,
should a storm occur, increase to about 0.50" with about a 15%
chance for totals over an inch with about a 10% chance for totals
as high as 1.5". The most likely timing for storms would be after
2PM, but storms may linger well into the evening. Otherwise,
expect southeast winds around 10 MPH with highs in the low to mid
80s.
