...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN OTERO...HUDSPETH
AND EASTERN EL PASO COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM MDT...

At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar was showing scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorm developing over parts of Hudspeth County.
Anyone of the showers or thunderstorms could produce strong gusty
winds to 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Loma Linda, Sierra Blanca, Dell City, Allamoore, Desert Haven, Fort
Quitman, Fort Hancock, Cornudas, Esperanza, Acala, Frenchman Canyon,
Indio Mountains Research Station, Green River, Finlay, Salt Flat,
McNary, Bosque Bonita, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Quitman
Canyon, and Sunset Ranches.

This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 63 and 134.
