No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across north and
central Georgia this afternoon and evening. 20-foot winds will be
light (generally 5 mph or less) and out of the SSE to SSW,
although gusty, erratic winds will be possible in thunderstorms.
Minimum RH will generally range from 45% to 65% with slightly
greater values in the mountains.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected again tomorrow
(Wednesday). 20-foot winds will be SW at 5-10 mph. Gusty, erratic
winds will be possible in thunderstorms. Minimum RH will generally
range from 45% to 65% with slightly greater values in the
mountains.
Total rainfall over the course of today and tomorrow will
generally range from 0.20" to 0.75" with up to 1.0" possible
across portions of north Georgia.
