* WHERE...Southwestern Becker County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Northern Otter Tail County in west central Minnesota...

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 451 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Perham, northeastern Ottertail Lake, Frazee, Lake Lida, New York
    Mills, Ottertail, Star Lake, Big McDonald Lake, Vergas, Deer
    Creek, Bluffton, Dent, Shoreham, Richville, Maplewood State Park,
    Dunvilla, Cormorant and Maplewood.
