.DISCUSSION...
Extensive mid and high level cloudiness will stream over the incident
site through tonight, as a fast moving upper level system tracks across
the region.  This system will also produce some scattered light
precipitation across the area through tonight.  However, virtually all
of this activity should evaporate before reaching the ground, and no
accumulating rain is expected at the incident.  Relative humidities
will remain fairly low through sunset, with some modest recovery
through the overnight hours.

Surface winds will remain from the south or southwest this afternoon
at speeds of 7 to 12 mph, backing to a southerly direction after sunset
with speeds diminishing by late evening.
