This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Areas of patchy dense fog are expected across portions of south
central Nebraska through the late morning hours. Expect
temporarily reduced visibilities to fall as low as 1/4SM at times.
Use caution if traveling on area roadways this morning and allow
for extra time to reach your destination as rapidly changing
visibilities are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Strong northwesterly winds arrive on Tuesday. Gusts of 40-50 MPH
are expected over most of the area, and gusts to around 55 MPH
are possible for areas near and north of Highway 92.

A mixture of rain and snow is expected Friday through Sunday.
Significant snowfall is unlikely, but minor snow accumulation is
possible. The probability for 2 inches or more of snow is around
30 percent. Details remain very uncertain and could change
significantly over the coming week. Continue to monitor upcoming
forecasts if you have travel plans.
