Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Debris flows have made portions of County Road 5 impassable with water and debris still moving through. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Lee Fire Burn Scar.
