.DISCUSSION...Unusually rich moisture remains in place through Friday,
keeping high chances (60-80%) of precipitation in the forecast. Heavy
rain will be possible this afternoon and evening, along with storms
capable of producing frequent lightning, gusty winds, and small hail.
Flash flooding and debris flows are possible over vulnerable terrain
near the fire. Cool and moist conditions, with light winds, prevail
through the weekend.

                    the day. Chance of thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon.
