The Flood Advisory will expire at 530 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of piedmont North Carolina, including the following area,
Cleveland and upstate South Carolina, including the following area,
Cherokee.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
