.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Combined seas of 4 to 6 feet are
seen over the coastal waters, with the highest seas in Saipan`s
waters and the lowest in Guam`s waters. Winds are paralleling the
seas which gentle to moderate with gusts to fresh to the north
and light to gentle in the south. As Invest 95W pulls further
away from the Marianas, sea conditions will improve quickly. Over
the weekend a north swell is anticipated to bring sea conditions
back up.
