* At 308 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Rockport to 13 nm west of Rockland, moving
  southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
