Upper Texas coastal waters from High Island to the Matagorda Ship
Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Onshore winds will be resuming today. We could see some patchy fog
spill over across inland areas briefly spill over into the upper
parts of the Houston Ship Channel late tonight and early Wednesday
morning. A weak frontal boundary will be sagging into the water
Wednesday evening, but it will be short lived with onshore winds
resuming during the day Thursday. If water temperatures do not
climb much between now and Saturday, we may see another brief
round of sea fog develop Saturday evening and night in advance of
another slightly stronger front expected Sunday morning. Scattered
showers and isolated storms in advance of the front will end with
its passage followed by moderate northeast winds in its wake.
