107 FZUS54 KHGX 101206 CWFHGX Coastal Waters Forecast for Texas National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX 606 AM CST Mon Nov 10 2025 Upper Texas coastal waters from High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ300-110115- 606 AM CST Mon Nov 10 2025 .Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Moderate northerly winds continue to subside, so the Gale Warning has been downgraded to a Small Craft Advisory through this evening. These elevated northerly winds will also generate low water conditions on area bays for today`s low tide cycle. The most severe low water conditions are anticipated on upper portions of Galveston Bay and Houston Ship Channel, where a low water advisory remains in effect. Model guidance suggests this may even linger around Manchester and Morgan`s Point into Tuesday`s low tide cycle, which could potentially require an extension of the low water advisory for another day. Beyond today, less rough marine conditions should prevail for most of the week ahead. Two periods to watch out for will be for a stretch of elevated southerly to southwesterly winds Tuesday night, and again this weekend when another cold front is expected to arrive. $$ GMZ335-110115- Galveston Bay- 606 AM CST Mon Nov 10 2025 ...LOW WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT... ...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY... .TODAY...North winds around 20 knots, diminishing to around 15 knots late.
