* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions are very favorable for the
  development of dense fog overnight. Low visibilities will likely
  impact the morning commute in many areas for Thursday.
