* Until 1130 AM CDT.

* At 1027 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Galveston 344, moving southwest at 10
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 to 45 knots. Gusts locally
           up to around 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Brazos 400, West Bay, Brazos 469, Tabs Buoy B, Brazos 439,
  Galveston 317, Galveston 344, Drum Bay, Galveston 282, San Luis
  Pass, Surfside Jetty, Bastrop Bay, East Matagorda Bay, and
  Christmas Bay.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
