.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather (no rain) will continue through at least midweek.
However, minimum relative humidity values will remain well above
critical thresholds during this time. Mixing heights are expected
to reach between 1500 and 3100 feet Tuesday afternoon and
generally between 1600 and 3700 feet Wednesday afternoon.
Transport winds will shift to be out of the south and be light on
Tuesday. Then, winds will become southwesterly and range between
10-15 mph on Wednesday. Lastly, poor to generally poor daytime
dispersions are forecast for Tuesday, with generally good
dispersions on Wednesday.
Fog potential over the next few days: Low to medium chances of
fog tonight into early Tuesday morning for most of north Alabama.
Some of this may become dense. Low chances of fog then return
Tuesday night into early Wednesday, especially east of I-65.
Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
