946 AWUS83 KICT 250812 RWSICT KSZ032-033-047>053-067>072-082-083-091>096-098>100-252015- Regional Weather Summary National Weather Service Wichita KS 312 AM CDT Tue Jun 25 2024 The sky ranged from partly to mostly cloudy across the eastern half of Kansas overnight. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms drifted south across western portions of central and south central Kansas, mainly west of a Russell to Hutchinson to Wichita line. Predawn temperatures ranged from the mid-70s to around 80 degrees. Another sultry day is on tap for most of mid-America with high temperatures from the mid-90s to around 105 degrees. The exception will be across Iowa and northern Nebraska with highs from the mid-80s to the lower 90s. A weak cold front will drift gradually south across the heartland tonight with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected across much of the region. Lows tonight will range from the 60s to the mid-70s with the coolest readings in Iowa and Nebraska. $$ KED
