Warm temperatures and dry conditions will produce afternoon RH
minima as low as 30 to 40 percent today and Thursday, though
lighter winds will limit fire concerns today. Gustier winds could
produce some limited fire concerns Thursday prior to the arrival
of a soaking rainfall. Much cooler and quiet conditions are
expected this weekend into next week.
