This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Indiana and
southwest Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Heat Advisory.

Showers and embedded thunderstorms are expected to move into the area
late this evening into the early overnight. These storms may bring
wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph with isolated wind gusts up to 60 mph
possible from northwest Indiana into southwest Lower Michigan.

There is a Moderate Swim risk late this afternoon into tonight for
southeast Lake Michigan beaches in northern Berrien County.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There is a low chance of thunderstorms through early Sunday
afternoon. Severe weather is not expected.

There is a Moderate Swim Risk for southeast Lake Michigan beaches on
Sunday.

Heat indices from the mid 90s to around 100 are possible on Tuesday.

There are additional chances of thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday.

   Excessive Heat Warning.

Showers and embedded thunderstorms are expected to move into the area
overnight tonight. Widespread severe weather is not expected but
there is a potential of thunderstorm wind gusts in excess of 40 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There is a chance of thunderstorms through mid afternoon on Sunday.
Severe weather is not expected.

There are additional chances of thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday.

Heat indices from the mid 90s to around 100 are possible on Tuesday.

produce wind gusts to 50 knots from late evening into the early
overnight hours.
