...PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WITH ACCUMULATION EXPECTED...

Periods of light to moderate snow are expected this morning. If
travelling, be prepared for slick and slushy roads with
visibilities dropping to one mile or less at times. Minor snow
accumulation is expected, especially on grassy or elevated
surfaces. It`s possible that snow changes back to rain or a mix,
which will limit accumulation.

Reports of snow totals and precipitation type are appreciated.
