.DISCUSSION...
Minimum afternoon humidity levels Monday remain high (60 to 65
percent Monday and 50 to 55 percent Tuesday). Dry conditions are
expected Monday before rain and storms move in Tuesday evening
before midnight Wednesday. This storm system will provide the next
best chance of wetting rainfall. Light southeasterly surface/20ft
winds will persist the next couple of days (around 10mph Monday
and up to 15mph Tuesday). Maximum LVORI around daybreak is around
7 to 8. Fog is not expected to be a concern tonight but cannot
rule out localized patchy ground fog in sheltered areas.
