.DISCUSSION...Unsettled conditions can be expected for much of the
next seven days as a series of slow-moving upper disturbances, and
surface reflections, impact the region. Isolated instances of
excessive rainfall will be a concern through Monday that could
produce high water or flash flooding. The most widespread rainfall
period is expected this afternoon and evening.
