.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure will continue to dominate the
weather today. The upper-level ridge axis will shift eastward this
morning and usher warm-air advection and moisture into the area. As
southwesterly flow gives way to an upper-level trough, a surface low
will move into the region bringing wetting rain to the area starting
tonight. The first of two cold fronts will cross through the area
Tuesday afternoon with a second front crossing through the area
Wednesday afternoon. High pressure returns to the area for Thursday
and will remain overhead through much of the weekend.
