Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky

.DISCUSSION...A strong cold front has moved through eastern
Kentucky this afternoon followed by high pressure building into
the area tonight. Strong west to northwest winds with gusts up to
35 mph will trail the front before diminishing later this
evening. Surface high pressure will remain present overhead
through Saturday before a series of systems look to bring times of
wetting rains beginning Sunday.
