Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
515 AM EST Sat Dec 6 2025

.DISCUSSION...Dry weather returns to the area today before another
system approaches the area on Sunday. Rain chances increase ahead
of that system`s cold front on Sunday night. After that boundary
passes, the precipitation will mix with and change to all snow on
Monday. Only minor accumulations are forecast with this system.
Drier weather follows briefly for Tuesday before additional
systems potentially impact our region later in the week.
