.DISCUSSION...Moisture and humidity will be on the increase today
with an approaching system that will bring increasing chances for
showers and thunderstorms this afternoon through tonight. A dry
air mass near the surface will be stubborn to exit and moisture
and clouds aloft approach, which may still allow for minimum
relative humidity to fall as low as around 35 percent by around
midday or early afternoon today before rising through the
afternoon.

                    sprinkles early in the afternoon. Chance of
                    rain late in the afternoon.
