This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated showers with a few thunderstorms are possible from late
afternoon through early evening. Though no severe weather is
expected, a few instances of cloud to ground lightning and gusty
winds in vicinity of this activity is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions are expected daily
Sunday through Thursday. At this time, greatest concern is Sunday and
Monday where southerly winds appear probable to gust up to 40 mph and
afternoon humidity falls into the 15 to 25 percent range.
