1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.50 inches over eastern Canada will continue to
build south into the New England states and strengthen to 30.60
inches by Saturday. This high will continue south along the East
Coast on Sunday. A weak front will cross the Great Lakes on
Monday. High pressure 30.50 inches will return from the northeast
on Tuesday.
