Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...The Great Lakes are located in between the exiting high pressure system, 30.30 inches, centered over the Mid Atlantic coast and low pressure, 29.70 inches, developing over the Dakotas. Active pattern returns late Sunday into Monday as a warm front lifts through the area bringing showers and storms.
