1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Post-frontal northwest flow brings breezy conditions
through Monday. Chances for some rain showers and an isolated
thunderstorm will return this afternoon and evening, favored
across Lake Huron, High pressure, 30.10 inches, willl move over
the Great Lakes late tomorrow into Tuesday.
