FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Low pressure around 29.5 inches will move from just northeast of
Lake Superior early this morning into northern Quebec later today.
Its cold front will move southeastward across Lake Michigan this
morning. Breezy southwest winds will shift northwesterly with
the frontal passage. Winds are expected to ease in strength
following the frontal passage, but will remain modestly breezy
into Thursday night. High pressure around 30.4 inches will move
into the region Friday into Friday night, bringing lighter winds.
