.DISCUSSION...RH values should be near the 40-50% range this evening
and will steadily recover into the 80-90% overnight. NE transport
winds shift out of the east near midnight near 4-7 kts overnight.
Vent rates are poor along with mixing heights well below 1,000 ft
overnight as mixing lessens but vent rates will begin to rise again
in the pre-dawn hours near 2,000-3,000 ft range. Smoke will remain
close to the ground and drift initially just to the southeast of
the TVA Paradise Fossil Plant towards KY highway 70 and eventually
towards the plant and Paradise, KY itself.

Shortly after sunrise on Friday morning, RH values quickly recover
to the mid 20% to mid 30% range by early afternoon near 1-3 PM CDT.
Transport winds will be primarily from the E at 8-12 kts in the afternoon,
with an ENE component later in the evening. This would drift smoke
west over the Green River and in the direction of Paradise,
including the TVA Paradise Fossil Plant. Mixing heights will be
under 4,500 ft and at peak heating in the middle of the afternoon,
vent rates will peak in fair conditions.
