For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low over the upper peninsula of Michigan
this evening will track northeast into lower Quebec by Thursday
morning. Meanwhile, a cold front over the center of the lake will
continue to exit east across the lake and into New England. The 29.3
inch surface low will track well north of the lake Thursday and
Friday, as a 30.4 inch surface high builds into the mid-Mississippi
Valley Friday and to the Ohio Valley Saturday. Another surface low
will cut northeastward through the Central Great Lakes Sunday,
deepening from 29.6 inches Sunday morning to 29.4 inches Sunday
night over western Quebec. A 30.5 inch surface high centered over
the Central Plains will then build east across the Great Lakes
Monday.

rain and snow showers after midnight. Waves 10 to 14 feet
building to 11 to 16 feet. Waves occasionally around 20 feet.
.THURSDAY...West gales to 35 knots. Rain showers likely with a
chance of snow showers in the morning, then lake effect rain and
snow in the afternoon. Waves 11 to 16 feet. Waves occasionally
around 20 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West gales to 35 knots diminishing to 30 knots
overnight. Lake effect snow. Waves 9 to 13 feet subsiding to 8 to
